===== Download Expert =====

  * Create a folder named RunTime_ToolKit in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs.  The path should look like this:\\
<code>C:\Users\--your user name--\AppData\Local\Programs\RunTime_ToolKit</code>
  * Extract the Zip contents to: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\RunTime_ToolKit

===== Register Expert with IDE =====

For each version of the IDE that you have, create a new string named <fc #ff0000>**__SwiftExpat Deputy__**</fc> and set the value to the DLL for IDE version from the table below:

Remove the Registry keys and delete the DLL's
